Pepper Jack Pigs in a Blanket

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb. Beelers Jalapeño Pepperjack Li’l Bites (available at Central Market & Natural Grocers)

 

1 Roll Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls (8 Rolls)

 

2 Tbsp. Melted Butter

 

1 Tbsp. Sea Salt

 

Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Pepper Jam

 

Schilo’s Hot Mustard

 

 

Process: 

 

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°.

 

  1. Roll out Crescent dough on to cutting board. Separate pre-cut triangles in dough and then cut those into thirds, so that each pre-cut triangle makes three smaller ones.

 

  1. Place one Beelers link in dough triangle and roll up snug. Repeat until all dough and links are used. 

 

  1. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Sea Salt.

 

  1. Bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  1. Serve with Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Pepper Jam and Schilo’s Hot Mustard. Pro Tip:  We suggest getting both the Jam and Mustard in the same bite!  Enjoy!
