Pepper Jack Pigs in a Blanket
Ingredients:
1 lb. Beelers Jalapeño Pepperjack Li’l Bites (available at Central Market & Natural Grocers)
1 Roll Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls (8 Rolls)
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Pepper Jam
Schilo’s Hot Mustard
Process:
- Preheat Oven to 375°.
- Roll out Crescent dough on to cutting board. Separate pre-cut triangles in dough and then cut those into thirds, so that each pre-cut triangle makes three smaller ones.
- Place one Beelers link in dough triangle and roll up snug. Repeat until all dough and links are used.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
- Bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Pepper Jam and Schilo’s Hot Mustard. Pro Tip: We suggest getting both the Jam and Mustard in the same bite! Enjoy!
